Stefano Lisci

Stefano Lisci is the founder and Manging Director of QMatrix GmbH. In his past career in the automobile industry, he already successfully completed numerous projects. This includes, among others, the development and management of a production plant for the industry leader Faurecia for the start of serial production in the S-Class.

In 2012, as the Plant Manager of the Swedish company Plastal, he enabled the successful start of serial production for the Mercedes-Benz Actros. Before that, he worked here for many years as the Director of Quality, Environment and Safety. In this position, he implemented, among other things, Norm ISO/TS16949 at the plant and subsequently received the initial certification in accordance with ISO/TS 16949.

Overall, he has more than 20 years of automotive industry experience.

Tobias Hoffmann
CEO / Senior Consultant

Tobias Hoffmann is the founder and Managing Director of QMatrix GmbH. In addition to his work as the Managing Director, he provides support as the Interim Manager and teaches a Quality Management lecture class as an Instructor at the ESB in Reutlingen.

In his past career in the automobile industry, he successfully completed diverse projects. This includes the task force supplier support for the start of serial production of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and the S-Class Coupé.

From 2008 to 2012, as the Supplier Manager for Vehicle Interiors for Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Mr. Tobias Hoffmann was able to guarantee reliable serial production supplying as well as a successful relaunch of the Mercedes-Benz Actros. Mr. Hoffmann can look back on many years of OEM experience and can contribute “the customer’s perspective” to the QMatrix projects in order to generate maximum added value for our Clients.
