We are currently supporting a manufacturer of innovative power electronics for electric motors in the automotive sector.
Our task:
- Approval of new suppliers.
- Planning and carrying out supplier audits e.g. B. Process audits and potential analyses.
- Supplier QRQC management
- Creation and evaluation of key figures and implementation of supplier evaluations.
- Leading the supplier in implementing improvement measures from audits and complaints.
- Review of 8D reports. Coordinating and conducting quality discussions in the event of complaints/quality problems.
- Exit and monitor measures (e.g. sorting out, delivery stop).
- Support in making decisions about quality in borderline and special cases, including participation in escalation management with suppliers.
- Determination of the sampling scope.
- • Evaluation and development of quality concepts.
- • Deadline tracking, checking and approval of supplier IMDS entries.
