QMatrix and Nuove Frontiere Lavoro establish joint venture
The QMatrix Group and Nuove Frontiere Lavoro (NFL) S.p.A have founded a joint venture, Nuove Frontiere Lavoro Germany GmbH.
NFL Germany GmbH is a joint venture between QMatrix, an internationally operating company for interim management, industrial services in the field of quality, supply chain management, manufacturing, assembly as well as strategy and consulting, and NFL Italia, a leading provider in temporary employment, recruitment and outsourcing.
"The joint venture aims to combine the areas of expertise of both companies and to grow together, especially in the industrial services sector," said Stefano Lisci, managing director of NFL Germany GmbH. "Through the joint venture with NFL S.p.A we strengthen our infrastructure as well as our portfolio and in the future we will be able to further expand the area of production and warehouse staff as well as skilled workers.
"We have a large network of qualified professionals from Italy, Poland and from other European countries. With the joint venture, we are pleased to now be more strongly represented in Germany,” explains Pietro De Padova, Managing Director of NFL S.p.A. “We enable employees from structurally weaker regions, for example with German courses or the search for housing, to counteract the German shortage of skilled workers, he adds”.
